How to book room/apartment?

There are three ways to book with us.
The first way is to fill in the form below and state the dates you wish to stay in the hotel and the room type you require. We are going to receive your request and will contact you in one hour.

The second way is to call on the following phone numbers 00359 (0) 886 906 569

The third way is to book with a travel agent who works with us.

For reservations apply 30% payment in advance or full payment in advance. All payments for accommodation are done through the bank accounts*. The remaining amount is paid upon arrival at the hotel.

Do you give discounts for groups and how much is it?

Discounts of 10% apply for accommodation rates of a group of 15 people and more, providing the stay in the hotel is not during the pick season starting on 10th July until 31st August.

 

What time is check-in and check-out?

Chech-in is at 13.00h
Check-out is at 12.00h

 

Is the food included in the rates?

We offer different meal plans included in the accommodation rates. These are:
- BB - bed and breakfast;
- HB - bed, breakfast and dinner;
- FB - bed, breakfast, lunch and dinner;
- The A La Cart is not part of the accommodation rates and is extra.

 

What is the accommodation rate for children?

The accommodation and food for children under age of 2 is free of charge.

 

What commodities do you provide in the bathrooms?

There are big, medium and small towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet rolls.

 

Is there TV in the rooms/apartments?

There is cable TV in the rooms and additional cable TV in the apartments.

 

Is there parking lot in the hotel?

There is paid 24 hour secured parking lot for the guests of the hotel only.

 

When can I cancel the booking?

You can cancel the booking 2 days prior to the arrival date.

 

What housekeeping services do you provide?

We service the rooms and apartments daily, towels are changed upon guest request
and linen is changed every third day. There are paid laundry and ironing services.

 

What currencies do you exchange?

We do not exchange foreign currencies at the hotel.
At the reception we accept Bulgarian leva. Through bank accounts EURO and BGL.

 

Do you accept credit cards?

All payments are done in cash or bank accounts.

 

Do you accept pets in the hotel?

We do not accept pets in the hotel.
